Where will this data be stored, and for how long?
We retain your details for as long as we have evidence that you still own the vehicle we sold to you, or worked or, unless you ask us to delete these details in advance of this. We also retain details of prospective customers who have enquired about purchases, as long as we are still aware that they are in the market for that purchase. Your data will be stored on our cloud based administration systems under encrypted lock and key. We may also store your data in hard copy format in a locked facility.
We take great measures to ensure that we have advanced security policies in place to manage and record your data correctly and that your data is stored securely. The security of our customer data is paramount.
With whom do we share your personal information?
We may disclose your personal information to third parties in connection with our business activities, including in the following circumstances:
